Account Settings
How do I log in?
- Find the "LOG IN" button on the top right of the home page.
- Click on the orange "LOG IN" button.
- You'll be directed to a page where you can enter your login credentials (your email and password).
- Click on "LOG IN".
I'm having trouble logging in
- If you need to reset your password please click here.

How do I log out?
- Click on “My Profile” on the top right of the page.
- Use the pull down arrow and click “Log out” to be logged out of the platform.
- To log back in click on the orange “LOG IN” button. Enter your login credentials (email and password) and click “LOG IN”.
How do I change my password?
- Click on the “My Profile” orange button on the top right of the page.
- Click on “Account Information”.
- Once you're on the Account Page, click on the blue button that says: “Change Password”.
- You'll be directed to enter your current password and the new one. Click on “Change Password” and you're all set!
I forgot my password: how do I reset it?
- Click the “LOG IN” button on the top right of the home page.
- When you're on the login page, you'll see a “Forgot your password” button. Click on that and you'll be directed to the “Forgot Your Password” page.
- Enter the email you used to create your account and click on “Reset My Password”.
- You'll immediately receive an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
- If you would like to delete your account with Canta Con Jess, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to help@cantaconjess.tv from the email address associated with your account.
- In your email, include a request to delete your account and specify the email associated with your account.
- Once we receive your request, our support team will process your account deletion and confirm via email.

Subscription
Information about subscription plans
The Canta Con Jess video platform offers three subscription plans. Each plan auto-renews unless you cancel your subscription. If you cancel, the current plan will remain active until the next billing cycle.
You will get unlimited access to Canta Con Jess library on CantaConJess.tv while your plan is active.
When do I get charged each month?
- If you're on a monthly plan, your subscription starts on the first day you subscribe. So if you signed up for a monthly plan on January 9th, you'll be charged on the 9th of every month.
- If you're on the yearly plan, you'll be charged the following year on the date you subscribed.
- To record your billing cycle date, go to “My Profile”. Click on the “Manage Subscription” button below your current plan.
- You'll be directed to Stripe (the service we use to process and manage payments safely). Once there, you'll see your current subscription plan and the date of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
The current plan will remain active until the next billing cycle. You must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
- Click on the “My Profile” button located on the top right of any page.
- Go to “Manage Subscription”.
- Click on the “Manage Subscription” button below your current plan.
- You'll be directed to Stripe (the service we use to process and manage payments safely). Click on the “Cancel Plan” button on the top right of the page.
The current plan will remain active until the next billing cycle. You must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.
How do I change my plan?
To change to a different plan follow the steps below:
- Once logged-in, click on “My Profile” on the top right of the page.
- Click on “Manage subscription”.
- Click on the “Manage Subscription” button below your current plan.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe from our email newsletter simply click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the
newsletter.
How do I redeem a promo code?
Once on the Stripe billing page (the service we use to process and manage payments safely) you will see an option to add a promo code at checkout.
How do I get a refund?
- Each plan auto-renews unless you cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your current plan will remain active until the next billing cycle. Please keep in mind that there are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

Videos
Do the videos have ads?
The Canta Con Jess video platform is completely ad-free! There are absolutely no ads in any of our videos!
How can I watch the videos on TV?
- Start playing the video.
- Tap the Chromecast or AirPlay icon on the video player.
- Select the preferred device where you want to play the video.
Where do I begin?
We're always working on improving the educational experience for your children. A good place to start is by having them learn the Spanish alphabet followed by the colors and numbers.
The videos don't have sound
If sound isn't working, check the video player to see if the volume is muted. If you don't see any blue bars, unmute the volume by clicking on the volume icon.
How can I play all the videos in a category?
- Click on the category of your choice to get to that page.
- Click on “Start watching” and the videos will play in the order in which they appear.
How can I save my favorite videos?
- Go to the video's page.
- Below the video, you'll see a heart icon to the right of the video title. Click on that heart to save it as a favorite! Once you do, you'll see the heart colored in pink with text to the right that says: “Added to Favorites”.
- To view all your favorite videos, go to the home page. Below the colorful banners you'll see the title: Favorites. Click on the category title or hit play to start watching your favorite videos!
Where can I find my favorite videos?
If you clicked on “add to favorites” you'll see a category on the home page that says “Favorites”.
- If you click on “Play All” the videos will play in sequential order.
- If you click on the title “Favorites” it will take you to the category page where you'll then be able to watch all the videos you added to favorites.
- If you click on one specific video, it will take you to the page of that specific video.
How do I turn off autoplay?
- When you click on any video, you'll find the “Autoplay” icon below the video to the right.
- If the Autoplay bar is blue it means you have the Autoplay option ON.
- To turn “Autoplay” off, click on the bar until it is no longer blue.
The videos aren't loading

Can I watch the videos offline?
Yes, you can watch the videos offline by downloading the Canta Con Jess app, available on
both Android and iOS. Once you've downloaded the app, simply tap on the download icon next
to a video to save it for offline viewing. After the video is downloaded, you can find it by tapping
on the "Downloads" tab within the app.
Can I lock the screen while watching videos?
Yes, when watching videos in the Canta Con Jess app, you can lock the screen by tapping on
the lock icon located on the video player. This feature is available only within the app. To unlock
the screen, simply tap the icon again.
How often will new content be added to the platform?
New videos and/or PDF's will be added to the platform monthly.
